The user who lists a vehicle is solely responsible for:

• The vehicle's actual condition at the time of the exchange
• The vehicle having its documentation, insurance, and inspections in order
• Any damage or incident that may occur during or after the exchange

Exchange Your Van is not responsible for the condition of the vehicles or the terms agreed between users.

4. User obligations

By using the platform, the user agrees to:

• Not list vehicles they don't own or aren't authorized to list
• Treat other users with respect and good faith
• Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes

5. Exchange process

Exchange Your Van facilitates contact between users but does not take part in the final exchange agreement. Any agreement reached between users is the sole responsibility of the parties involved. 6. Limitation of liability
