Yes. Signing up is free: you create your account and see how the platform works and which vehicles are available. You only pay the €50 when you decide to take one of the 150 founding member spots, from "My membership". Payment always happens inside the website. We will never ask you to pay any other way.

That's right. You pay €50 once and that's it. Once the 150 spots are filled, membership will cost €67 a year for anyone who joins later. You won't pay any fees.

It can happen, we're just getting started. Add that destination to your profile and we'll let you know when a vehicle shows up there. And if you know owners in that area, invite them. You earn VanPoints and that trip gets closer sooner.

When we close the founding phase. Before opening exchanges, we want the community to have enough vehicles and everything to be in place: a contract and a photo record at every handover. In the meantime, complete your profile (that activates your 500 VanPoints) and upload your vehicle's listing. The day we open, you'll have everything ready.

Yes. At Exchange your Van we're all owners, and that's what makes it work: whoever travels in your vehicle knows what it takes to look after their own, and sooner or later you'll be their guest.

Yes, within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. After that, the €50 is non-refundable: it reserves one of the 150 founding member spots, and that spot is no longer available to anyone else.

Yes. Only members with an active membership can register exchanges.
